By purchasing any product or service from Mighty Orbit, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
Mighty Orbit offers digital marketing strategy products including but not limited to the 90-Day Growth Plan ("Growth Plan"). Each product is a custom strategic deliverable created based on information you provide through an intake questionnaire.
Products are digital deliverables only. No physical goods are shipped.
Plans are delivered within one (1) business day of intake questionnaire completion. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Questionnaires completed outside business hours will be queued for the next business day. Example: a questionnaire completed Saturday at 2:00 PM ET enters the queue Monday at 9:00 AM ET, with delivery by Tuesday at 9:00 AM ET.
Delivery is made electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price change will not affect orders already completed.

If you have purchased but not yet received your deliverable, you may request a full refund at any time before delivery.

The quality of your Growth Plan depends on the accuracy and completeness of information you provide in the intake questionnaire. Mighty Orbit is not responsible for recommendations based on inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. No refunds will be issued for plans based on information that was materially inaccurate at the time of submission.
The Growth Plan provides strategic recommendations based on information you provide. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, lead volume, conversion rates, or any particular business outcome.
Marketing performance depends on factors beyond our control including but not limited to: your execution, market conditions, competitive landscape, budget allocation, team capacity, and product-market fit.
Any case studies, examples, projections, or past results referenced on our website or in our materials are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises of similar results. Individual results will vary. We make no representation that you will achieve any particular outcome by using our products.
As required by law, we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, or strategies. Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in any of our products is a promise or guarantee of future earnings or results. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered plan for your internal business purposes only.
Mighty Orbit retains all intellectual property rights in its methodologies, frameworks, templates, and processes. You may not resell, redistribute, white-label, sublicense, or publicly share the plan or any derivative works without prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mighty Orbit and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Mighty Orbit.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email when possible.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
